Terms of Service

1. The service
Coveroo provides a job-application tracker and an AI-assisted cover-letter generator, delivered through a web app and a Chrome extension. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 to use Coveroo. One person per account.
3. AI-generated content
Cover letters are generated by a language model from your resume, the job description, and your notes. Review every letter before sending it. You own the letters generated from your content and are responsible for how you use them. We instruct the model to use only facts from your resume, but no AI system is perfect — accuracy is not guaranteed.
4. Fair use
Generation is subject to monthly limits that protect the service for everyone. Automated scraping, reselling access, or using the service to spam employers is not permitted and may result in account termination.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours. How we collect and handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account — and all data with it — at any time from Settings.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost opportunities, indirect damages, or the outcome of any job application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@coveroo.app.
